Ingredients

2 chicken breasts

1 cup all-purpose flour

2 large eggs

1 cup breadcrumbs

1 tsp paprika

½ tsp black pepper

250g pasta (penne or fettuccine)

2 tbsp butter

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup chicken or vegetable broth

½ tsp Italian seasoning

Salt and black pepper to taste

Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken:
  2. Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness for uniform cooking.
  3. Set up a dredging station:

Bowl 1: Mix flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Bowl 2: Whisk eggs until smooth.

Bowl 3: Combine breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.

  1. Coat each chicken breast in flour, then dip in the egg mixture, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  2. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the chicken until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F/74°C). Set aside on a paper towel-lined plate.
